Responsibilities

• Lead projects and cross-functional initiatives directed by VP of Marketing for the Americas.
• Analyze monthly performance results; identify gaps, trends, and root causes.
• Partner with central marketing to drive operational excellence and continuous Improvement.
• Develop and manage annual marketing budget; lead reviews with budget owners.
• Create communications for stakeholders; coordinate with Internal Communications for alignment.
• Coordinate annual marketing campaign planning across HVAC & Controls, Fire & Security, OpenBlue.
