You will establish governance, roadmaps, and enable teams with practical tools, playbooks, and standard work while removing barriers to execution and ensuring scalable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Proven track record leading large-scale marketing programs across regions.
• Experience enabling cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to design governance, KPIs, and reporting for program health.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex marketing programs and transformation initiatives across regions and units.
• Develop and maintain integrated program roadmaps, milestones, risks, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate execution across multiple workstreams ensuring alignment on objectives.
• Provide hands-on support, remove barriers, and maintain sponsor visibility.
• Define governance cadence and leadership updates with actions and risks.
