Job summary

Flow Control Group is seeking a Branch Operations Leader in the United States, based in Indiana. You will manage daily warehouse activities, safety programs, and ERP-driven shipping plans while striving to meet KPIs and financial targets.

Lead inventory control, staff development, and cross-department coordination to ensure customer satisfaction. Candidate must drive cost-effective operations, ensure OSHA compliance, and leverage Kronos for timekeeping and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Solid managerial skillset to lead and hold a team accountable.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and safety programs.
• Ability to operate MHE and obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch safety and maintain a zero-incident culture.
• Meet/exceed KPIs and financial objectives.
• Manage daily warehousing: receiving, shipping, routing, and freight.
• Maintain ERP-based shipping plans and processes.
• Control expenses within budgets; procure supplies and generate reports.
• Lead inventory control, cycle counts, and physical inventories.
• Supervise shipping/receiving and reduce freight costs.
• Ensure staff training and HR processes including performance reviews.
• Foster customer-first service across internal/external stakeholders.
• Support facility maintenance and OSHA compliance.
