Core & Main is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager based in the U.S. to oversee designated areas of the warehouse, train staff, and ensure SOP adherence. The role requires operating a company or personal vehicle and may involve up to 20% weekly travel.

An acceptable MVR is required for employment. The position emphasizes achieving department goals, controlling expenses, enforcing safety and compliance programs, and handling customer issues as they arise.

• Trains staff to ensure attainment of department performance goals.
• Manages and ensures successful achievement of performance goals of assigned functional areas.
• Controls warehouse expenses and optimizes operations.
• Ensures compliance with personnel policies and safety programs.
• Promotes and manages safety initiatives and reports on incidents.
• Enforces asset protection and hazmat procedures.
• Opens and closes the distribution center, handles refunds and customer issues.
• May act as manager and perform other duties as assigned.
