Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor drivers, ensuring safe work habits.
• Manage driver availability and vehicle maintenance to meet needs.
• Optimize distribution costs and improve service responsiveness.
• Provide safety training to meet DOT, OSHA, FDA requirements.
• Develop and train staff on SOPs.
• Prepare daily delivery schedules and load sheets.
