Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience routing deliveries and supervising CDL drivers.
• Knowledge of shipping hazardous materials under DOT and FDA rules.
• Self-starter with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills across diverse teams.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to present metrics.
• Proven leadership to meet goals and manage resources.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum two years of leadership in a distribution environment.
• FMCSA and CDL/DOT regulations knowledge.
• Ability to lift 60 lb and move 125 lb with equipment.

Responsibilities

• Directly support and guide drivers to promote safe work habits.
• Maintain DOT inspection reports, tickets, and driver paperwork.
• Advance continuous improvement in daily distribution operations.
• Review DOT documentation; hours of service, route efficiency, and completion.
• Submit DOT reports and logs accurately and timely.
• Prepare load sheets, delivery tickets, and manifests.
• Serve as liaison between distribution and sales to align goals.
• Plan deliveries and routing; explain orders and coordinate duties.
• Coordinate or adjust work schedules to meet delivery timelines.
