Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience routing deliveries and supervising CDL drivers.
• Knowledge of shipping of hazardous materials within DOT and FDA Requirements.
• Self-starter, organized with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills across varying situations and teams.
• Strong analytical skills with metrics and reporting abilities.
• Must have leadership skills to motivate teams and manage resources.
• FMCSA and CDL/DOT regulations knowledge.
• Ability to lift 60 pounds regularly and move heavier items with equipment.

Responsibilities

• Directly support and guide drivers, ensuring availability of drivers and equipment.
• Maintain DOT inspection reports, manifests, tickets, and related documentation.
• Advance continuous improvement in daily distribution operations.
• Review DOT paperwork, hours of service, route efficiency, and completion.
• Prepare load sheets, tickets, and manifests; ensure loads are accurate and complete.
• Coordinate with distribution and sales to align goals and schedules.
• Plan delivery routes and communicate clear job orders to team.
