Qualifications

• Active CDL Class A required.
• Minimum 2 years of Class A Hazmat driving experience.
• 2 years of management/supervisory experience preferred.
• Deep understanding of DOT, OSHA, EPA, and FDA regulations for hazmat transport.
• Proven ability to lead safety-first culture and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 6 Class A drivers and manage hiring, performance, and planning.
• Oversee safety, quality, service and cost for the distribution team.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA, FDA and local regulations.
• Maintain fleet and oversee preventive maintenance and logistics.
• Create weekly delivery schedules and handle incident reporting and investigations.
