Job summary

Airgas is hiring a Distribution Manager with CDL in Henderson, CO. You will lead a team of 6 Class A drivers, ensuring safety, quality, service, and cost control while coordinating fleet operations and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active, valid CDL Class A required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience driving Class A Hazmat.
• 2 years of management/supervisory experience preferred.
• Deep understanding of DOT, OSHA, EPA, and FDA regulations relevant to hazmat transport.
• Proven ability to build a safety-first culture, hold teams accountable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 6 Class A licensed drivers, directing safety, training, and performance management.
• Oversee Safety, Quality, Service and Cost control for the Distribution team.
• Coordinate with internal customers to meet needs in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA and FDA regulations for hazmat transport.
• Support fleet operations and vehicle maintenance as needed.
