Airgas USA, LLC in Henderson, CO, is seeking a Distribution Manager with CDL to lead a team of 6 Class A drivers. You will own safety, quality, service, and cost control while ensuring compliance with DOT, OSHA, EPA and FDA regulations.

The role requires a valid CDL Class A, hazmat driving experience, and 2+ years of management. You will coordinate fleet maintenance, scheduling, and inter-branch deliveries, fostering a safety‑first culture and continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• Active CDL Class A license required.
• Minimum 2 years of Class A Hazmat driving experience.
• 2 years of management/supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT, EPA and FDA regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to build a safety‑first culture.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Culture: lead safety-first practices, daily safety meetings and training.
• Team Leadership: direct, train and manage 6 Class A licensed drivers.
• Operations & Service: own safety, quality, service and cost control for the team.
• Compliance & Regulations: partner with safety officer to ensure DOT/OSHA/EPA/FDA compliance.
• Fleet & Logistics: oversee maintenance, schedules and incident reporting.
• Incident Response: investigate and report accidents within 24 hours.
• Hands-on Support: assist with tractor/trailer adjustments on site.
• Continuous Improvement: create and revise SOPs as needed.
• Other Duties: perform additional operational tasks as assigned.
