Amex GBT is seeking a strategic professional to lead airline distribution across the Americas, managing relationships with external partners to secure best-in-class content for customers. This senior role requires strong negotiation, analytics, and cross-cultural skills to drive content optimization at the point of sale.

The position collaborates with Product & Technology, Marketplace and Commercial teams to evolve content offerings and develop innovative commercial models for a diverse customer

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the airline or travel distribution space.
• Knowledge of NDC is preferred.
• Strong product and technology knowledge to influence discussions.
• Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate across a complex organization.
• Critical thinking with ability to translate complex issues into actionable insights.
• Ability to thrive in diverse, multi-time zone environments and cultural adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Drive the air distribution strategy in North America and Latam.
• Partner with airlines to ensure collaboration on distribution goals and alignment.
• Work through content-related issues and apply solutions to overcome challenges.

The US national base salary range for this position is from

$88,200.00 - $163,800.00

The national range provided includes the base salary that Amex GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.

In addition to base salary, the anticipated range of which is posted above, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which rewards participants based on company and individual performance.
