Responsibilities

• Support in organizing the workload throughout the department to maximize efficiency and meet demand.
• Assist Team leads with day-to-day activities, executing workflow and motivating the team.
• Ensure warehousing activities including packing, staging, and preparation of product shipments are conducted safely and efficiently.
• Execute picking and packing orders accurately.
• Report on safety and quality standards for the organization.
• Cross-train team members.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and comply with procedures and regulations.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment as needed.
• Follow standards and comply with procedures and regulations.
• Handle distribution paperwork and related duties as assigned.
