Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year leading teams in industrial environments preferred.
• Forklift driving experience and certification preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
• Strong leadership, organization, and detail orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate workload across the distribution department to maximize efficiency.
• Assist team leads with day-to-day activities and workflow execution.
• Ensure packing, staging, and preparation of shipments are safe and efficient.
• Oversee picking and packing orders and report safety and quality issues.
• Cross-train team members and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment as needed.
• Complete distribution paperwork and related duties.
