Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Supervisor - Distribution in Irving, TX to lead and develop a frontline team across warehouse operations. You will implement processes to optimize efficiency, ensure safety, and drive performance, with a focus on coaching and mentoring associates.

This role supervises daily activities, monitors KPIs, upholds health and safety regulations, and reports findings to management, while contributing to DHL’s reputation as a global contract logistics leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years in a lead/supervisor/management role.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates by providing coaching, guidance, and support, while fostering inclusion and belonging.
• Uphold compliance with health and safety regulations to enhance a culture of safety.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; provide regular reports and recommendations to management.
• Facilitate open communication among leadership and associates to promote transparency and teamwork.
