Responsibilities

They help to plan, organize, and prioritize the workflow of the distribution team.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Support in organizing the workload throughout the department to maximize efficiency and meet demand. Responsible for assisting Team leads with the day-to-day activities, executing workflow and motivates team. Ensure all warehousing activities including packing, staging, and preparation of product shipments are conducted safely, efficiently and effectively. Execute the picking and packing orders accurately. Report on the safety and quality standards for the organization. Cross train team members. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping workstations neat; complying with procedures, rules and regulations. Operate and preventively maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment as needed. Follow standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Processes paperwork for the distribution team.
