Job summary

NXP is seeking a Distribution Business Manager to lead growth in the Dallas territory through strong distribution partnerships. The role focuses on revenue growth, funnel development, design-win acceleration, and expanding customer relationships.

The position requires a background in electrical/computer engineering and a proven sales track record in semiconductors, with readiness to travel domestically. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive tiered campaigns and pipeline

Qualifications

BS or MS in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
Experience in semiconductor technical sales or distribution management.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to stay current with evolving technologies.

Responsibilities

Own and execute territory growth strategies aligned with NXP’s Intelligent Edge vision.
Forge partnerships with distribution leaders and conduct QBRs with branch GMs.
Develop joint business plans with distribution partners to accelerate design wins.
Deliver training for distribution teams on NPIs and NXP solutions.
Lead local and corporate marketing campaigns with partners to grow funnel.
Perform funnel reviews and drive follow-up on key opportunities.
