Responsibilities

• Supervises engineers, designers, drafters, and project staff to deliver distribution line projects.
• Directs and oversees work of Design and Planning Engineers.
• Develops conceptual routes, layouts, prelim and detail designs for distribution lines.
• Produces construction sketches, sheets, bills of materials, and permit drawings.
• Manages project proposals, bid schedules, and material lists.
