Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in distribution, logistics, or dispatch.
• Strong transportation and load-planning knowledge.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, email, and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of loads.
• Build and schedule loads while maintaining accurate transportation and shipment records.
• Communicate with drivers, carriers, and warehouse teams to resolve delivery and scheduling issues.
• Monitor shipment status and update customers and internal teams through email and other communication channels.
