Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Distribution Administrator in Springdale, AR to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and ensure timely dispatch while maintaining precise records. You will work with drivers, carriers, and warehouse teams to resolve scheduling issues, keeping customers informed.

Minimum 3 years of distribution, logistics, or dispatch experience.
Strong transportation and load-planning knowledge.
High School Diploma/GED required.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, email, and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of loads.
Build and schedule loads while maintaining accurate transportation and shipment records.
Communicate with drivers, carriers, and warehouse teams to resolve delivery and scheduling issues.
Monitor shipment status and update customers and internal teams through email and other communication channels.
