Job summary

NFI Industries seeks a Distribution Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries, process orders and receipts, and assist with clerical tasks in a prompt, courteous manner.

The role includes routing calls, greeting visitors, scheduling, and coordinating with the Traffic and Operations Departments to expedite orders and ensure accurate invoicing and timely communication with customers.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong computer knowledge including MS Office applications.
• Basic typing skills and familiarity with 10-key.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and complaints regarding work orders, invoices, shipments, inventory counts.
• Process and input all customer orders.
• Produce stock reports to check product availability.
• Prepare all paperwork and information for customer work orders.
• Coordinate special/shipping requests with Traffic and Operations, expediting as needed.
• Provide follow-up with other departments to ensure service standards are met.
