Job summary

TBC Corporation is seeking warehouse associates for our distribution center in the Dallas area. The role involves operating various MHE, unloading and putting away stock, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment and efficient DC operations.

You will use RF technology to receive, locate, pick, and stage products, while maintaining safety and inventory control. The position supports team-based operations and adheres to company policies and OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

• RF scanners experience preferred.
• Safety-first mindset.
• Experience with material handling equipment preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively; may lift more than 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE (Material Handling Equipment) safely and efficiently.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge.
• Unload and put-away product using RF technology.
• Inspect inbound for overages/shortages.
• Pick and stage product.
• Load trucks.
• Maintain warehouse organization.
• Help optimize operations and customer service to meet business goals.
• Participate in cycle counts or physical inventories.
• Maintain clean work area and assist in sanitation of the DC.
• Complete MHE reports per policy and OSHA regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Center Manager.
• Abide by all laws.
