Job summary

Gildan is seeking a Distribution Center Trainer to lead training on WM/E1/Excel/Outlook and operational DC procedures in a fast-paced warehouse. You will perform pallet and case picks, build pallets, and manage conveyor loading while operating all powered equipment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years related experience in warehouse or distribution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Advanced Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience
• Prior experience operating Radio Frequency (RF) equipment
• Good written and verbal communication skills; able to stand and lift 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Train hourly associates on WM/E1/Excel/Outlook and DC procedures
• Perform pallet picks, case picks, pallet building, and conveyor loading
• Operate all powered equipment in the Distribution Center
• Run and maintain accurate records of reports from WM, LM, and Training
• Communicate equipment, WMS and procedures with management; interface with temp staff
• Support training improvements and safety process enhancements
