Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of manufacturing quality or related experience.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience.
• Forklift/Order Picker licensed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead activities of team engaged in shipping, receiving, and loading trucks and distributing finished parts.
• Supervise warehouse team to operate distribution center and meet goals.
• Assist management with hiring and training of new team members.
• Mentor and support team through troubleshooting and coaching.
• Generate continuous improvement ideas and communicate them to management.
• Provide quality internal and external customer service support.
