Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing quality or related area.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience.
• Forklift/Order Picker license is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead team to achieve distribution goals set by senior management.
• Supervise shipping, receiving, and loading operations.
• Guide daily work of the distribution center and mentor team members.
• Assist management with hiring and new employee training.
