Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company, is hiring a Distribution Manager for the Kenosha Branch to lead from the warehouse floor and develop high-performing teams. You will drive same-day shipping and accuracy in a 1.5 million sq ft facility.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of leading high-volume distribution operations, with strong KPI/WMS experience and a focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading high-volume distribution operations.
• Direct leadership of warehouse managers and 400+ staff.
• Proven track record improving productivity, quality and safety.
• Experience using KPIs and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Strong problem-solving and communication in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the warehouse floor, coaching employees to high accuracy and safety.
• Direct all day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound and supporting departments.
• Coach and develop warehouse managers who lead 500+ employees with daily feedback.
• Drive operational excellence through accountability and continuous improvement.
• Investigate challenges, remove barriers and implement data-driven improvements.
