Job summary
O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor in Phoenix to oversee daily DC operations, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient movement of merchandise. You will lead, train, schedule, and develop team members across the distribution function while maintaining policy compliance and safety standards.
You will monitor workflows, coordinate with the operations manager, and drive continuous improvement to meet productivity and service goals.
Qualifications

- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and related platforms.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily distribution center operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Lead, train, schedule, and coach team members to drive productivity.
- Monitor workflow and staffing to hit delivery and productivity targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and DOT regulations where applicable.
- Oversee inbound/outbound processes to ensure accurate receiving, stocking, and shipping.
