Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor in Stockton, CA to oversee daily DC operations, supervise a team, and ensure safe, accurate, and efficient movement of merchandise while meeting productivity and service goals.

You will lead, train, schedule, and develop staff across the distribution function, ensure compliance with policies and safety standards, coordinate with the operations manager, and drive process improvements to enhance workflow and service levels.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and workflow to meet operational deadlines.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and materials handling processes.
• Experience with WMS, inventory systems, routing systems, or AS400 platforms.
• Experience in distribution center or logistics leadership.
• Completion of O’Reilly supervisor training programs.
• Proficiency in one or more additional languages.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily distribution center operations to ensure efficiency.
• Lead, train, schedule, evaluate, and coach team members while promoting accountability.
• Monitor workflow and staffing to meet goals and delivery schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and DOT regulations where applicable.
• Coordinate with operations manager to maintain workflow and resolve issues.
