Responsibilities include guaranteeing compliant processes, training on procedures, and participating in budgeting and reporting while maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily distribution center operations to ensure efficiency.
• Lead, train, schedule, evaluate, and coach DC team members.
• Monitor workflow, staffing, and productivity to meet goals.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, safety standards, and regulations.
• Oversee inbound/outbound processes, receiving, stocking, and order processing.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, budgeting, payroll tracking, and reporting.
