Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a Supervisor, Distribution Center to oversee merchandise processing and daily operations within the Fulfillment Network. You will manage multi-department workflow, coach staff, and drive safety and productivity goals.

Ideal candidates will have experience leading teams in a distribution warehouse, working knowledge of automated systems, and a Bachelor’s or higher degree. This role requires flexible hours and strong collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

About The Role

As a Supervisor, Distribution Center, you will support retail operations by managing the day-to-day execution of merchandise processing through the Fulfillment Network.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the workflow of several departments in conjunction with individual department supervisors
• Develop and maintain accuracy standards to ensure unit inventory integrity
• Align with business partners to resolve issues and ensure efficient service
• Ensure dynamic staffing to meet company goals
• Effectively manage staff to meet productivity and cost goals
• Monitor safety and accident incident reports to reduce lost time and ensure performance best practices

• Follow all company, state, local and OSHA safety rules, policies and regulations to promote a safe work environment; promptly report any potential violations to the appropriate supervisor/manager
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, standards and guidelines, including those related to accuracy and productivity
• Maintain regular and acceptable attendance as set by the company and comply with dress code requirements
• Maintain a flexible work schedule and adhere to the requirement of working any designated shift and overtime as requested per business and operational needs.

• Ability to satisfactorily complete company training programs and cross-train in at least 2 departments

Preferred

• 1-2 years of experience with Operations and Operational Support Systems (WMS, WCS, LMS)
• 1-2 years automated MHE and SQL experience
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and as a team for the achievement of customer satisfaction
• Ability to work under general supervision and use knowledge and experience to provide quality support to the user community

Pay Range: $59,500.00 - $89,300.00
