Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or 2 years’ relevant work experience.
• Microsoft Office Suite, analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads Process Improvement tools and methods to eliminate losses using Walmart Performance System (WPS).
• Delivers KPI analysis and creates standard work to reduce process variation.
• Assists with review/response of projects led by area managers.
• Applies One Best Way playbooks and supports improvement teams.
• Manages deployment of WPS program methodology and top-loss projects.
• Supports loss profile analysis and performance metrics.
• Develops gap analysis to support WPS integration.
• Leads savings projects within the area of responsibility.
