Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Distribution Center Operations Supervisor to lead a team of non-exempt colleagues in a state-of-the-art distribution center. You will plan, organize, direct, and supervise daily shift activities, ensuring efficient order selection, replenishment, loading, and shipping to stores while maintaining high productivity and quality.

The role requires availability Monday–Friday from 10:30am–7:30pm with peak-season flexibility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supervisory experience.
• 2+ years of Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• 1+ years of experience in a Warehouse or Distribution Center.

Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule new hires, training, and onboarding.
• Ensure equipment, materials, and documents are ready for tasks.
• Monitor resources to meet daily production and delivery goals.
• Balance workloads to meet projected completion times.
• Track performance to meet quality and quantity expectations.
• Hold staff meetings and verify daily worksheets.
• Provide ongoing training to maintain productivity standards.
• Use reports to project workload and resolve daily issues.
• Communicate across all levels.
• Analyze information to support sound business decisions.
• Build high-performance teams and inspire colleagues.
