CVS Health is seeking a Distribution Center Operations Supervisor to lead a team of non-exempt colleagues in a state-of-the-art distribution center. You will plan, organize, direct, and supervise daily shift activities, ensuring efficient order selection, replenishment, loading, and shipping to stores while maintaining high productivity and quality.

The role requires availability Monday–Friday from 10:30am–7:30pm with peak-season flexibility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supervisory experience.
• 2+ years of Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• 1+ years of experience in a Warehouse or Distribution Center.

Position Summary

As a Distribution Center Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of non-exempt employees in CVS Health’s state of the art distribution facility. This includes planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and supervising the daily activities of an assigned shift and functional area to achieve performance goals and metrics within the distribution center. Additionally, you will be responsible for order selection, replenishment, loading, and shipping of store orders. You are also responsible for maintaining a high level of productivity and quality.

Availability

*** Availability to work Monday-Friday ranging from 10:30am-7:30pm, with additional flexibility during peak seasons is required ***

Primary Responsibilities

• Hiring, on-boarding, training, scheduling, and assigning work to new hires.
• Ensuring employees have the necessary equipment, materials, and documents to ensure successful completion of tasks.
• Monitoring and adjusting resources to achieve the daily production and delivery goals.
• Balancing workloads by taking readings throughout the day to achieve the appropriate level of volume by the projected time of completion.
• Monitoring the work performance of each employee to ensure that quality and quantity expectations are met or exceeded.
• Conducting staff meetings and verifying that daily worksheets are completed accurately and submitted on a timely basis.
• Providing ongoing training and retraining of employees to ensure that they are prepared to meet or exceed the productivity standards for their function.
• Utilizing a variety of reports, summaries, and procedures to project workload and resolve problems that arise during the workday.
• Communicate effectively across all levels.
• Analyzing information effectively to make sound business decisions.
• Build high-performance teams while engaging and inspiring colleagues.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years supervisory experience
• 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• 1+ years’ experience in a Warehouse or Distribution Center.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years supervisory experience
• 2+ years’ experience in a Warehouse or Distribution Center

Education

• Verifiable High School diploma or GED

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $43,888.00 - $85,068.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
