Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience supervising in a comparable operational environment or completion of Michaels Leadership Training program.
• Applicants in the U.S. must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor DC team to meet safety, accuracy, production, and inventory goals.
• Establish and execute plans aligned with operational objectives.
• Ensure SOPs and guidelines compliance.
• Manage staffing, onboarding, and performance development.
• Address safety, security, and loss prevention concerns.
