Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign employees in direct performance of tasks across Receiving, Stock, IC/PC, Returns, picking, packing/loading.
• Review staff requirements, evaluate operations, make recommendations and take action.
• Prepare or supervise production records and reports as required.
• Monitor attendance and productivity; take remedial actions as needed.
• Interview, train and evaluate employees.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and uphold safe operating practices.
