• Schedule and assign employees in direct task performance across inbound and outbound areas.
• Review staff requirements, evaluate operations, make recommendations and take action.
• Prepare or supervise production records and reports as required.
• Compare attendance and productivity to standards and take remedial action.
• Interview, assist, train, and evaluate employees.
• Maintain an appropriate inventory of supplies.
