Job summary

Global Industrial is seeking a senior distribution center leader to oversee high-volume fulfillment operations in North Las Vegas. You will drive continuous improvement, manage staff, and partner with internal stakeholders to deliver safe, efficient service.

This role requires a decade of DC leadership experience, strong WMS/ERP experience, and a commitment to performance and teamwork across our organization.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years in distribution and fulfillment leadership.
• At least 3 years in a top leadership role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with supply chain systems (WMS, ERP).

Responsibilities

• Lead fulfillment and distribution in a high-volume environment.
• Manage distribution center operations and relations with management and associates.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve service.
• Oversee inbound and outbound movement of product.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders (store ops, planning, vendors).
• Budget participation with P&L responsibility for the DC network.
• Hire and develop DC staff for growth and succession planning.
• Drive operational excellence, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and monitor KPI targets and goals.
