Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in Carteret, NJ seeks a hands-on Operations Supervisor to direct warehouse activities and oversee daily production and order fulfillment. You will establish procedures for receiving, shipping, inventory accuracy, and coordinate with the Director of Operations to resolve daily challenges affecting 2,200 to 10,000 lines per day and related revenue.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a distribution/warehousing setting, strong communication and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant work experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• 3 to 5 years supervisory experience, preferably in a distribution center or similar.
• Proven ability to support personnel and warehouse employees and to foster positive employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Directs warehouse activities and oversees daily production and order fulfillment.
• Establishes operational procedures for shipments, material handling, and inventory control; partners with Director of Operations to resolve daily challenges.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and records; manage HR processes at the local facility and maintain a culture of safety and performance.
• Support sales teams and customer service by delivering reliable service and timely responses to issues.
