Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, packaging, and shipping of supplies and equipment. You will coach and mentor staff, ensure inventory accuracy, and uphold safety and company values.

The role requires at least 3 years of supervisory and warehouse experience, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• At least 3 years warehouse experience. Basic skill level.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administration and operation of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, shipping and reporting.
• Direct and supervise warehouse staff and review procedures for efficiency, space utilization and equipment protection.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and audit goods received into warehouse.
