Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day DC operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and loading.
• Lead and improve order fulfillment processes to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
• Support sales teams and resolve service failures and customer concerns.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA regulations and safe practices.
• Manage HR processes at the facility including staffing, performance reviews, and development.
• Control expenses and preserve assets; communicate effectively with leadership.
