Job summary

You will oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping and returns; coach leaders; manage labor and SAP reporting; and partner with HR on staffing and safety programs to sustain continuous improvement across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5–7 years in a high-volume distribution or warehouse environment.
• 2+ years leading supervisors or large teams.
• Proven track record driving performance and productivity.
• Ability to coach and develop leaders; strong analytical skills.
• Balance strategic priorities with hands-on leadership; willingness to work extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily operations and long-term planning for DC.
• Drive performance across shifts; ensure productivity, service and cost goals.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and implement improvement strategies.
• Oversee labor planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Lead continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methods.
• Ensure SAP reporting and data-driven decision making.
• Provide coaching and development for Warehouse Supervisors.
• Partner with HR on recruiting, onboarding and retention.
• Maintain safety standards and a safety-first culture.
