Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in warehouse roles with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity, strong English communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a warehouse, distribution, or Fulfillment env.
• At least 1 year of leadership, lead, or supervisory experience.
• In‑bound/outbound operations knowledge and standard processes.
• English communication for reporting and team coordination.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a warehouse team across shifts with coaching.
• Oversee receiving, picking, packing, and shipping to meet daily targets.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and address discrepancies.
• Enforce safety protocols and OSHA standards.
• Report productivity metrics to management daily.
• Onboard and train new associates on procedures and safety.
• Support peak season planning and overtime scheduling.
• Address staffing needs and equipment issues with management.
• Lead by example during peak periods.
• Identify high performers and discuss development opportunities.
