Job summary

CFS Brands in Ellabell, GA is hiring a Distribution Center Supervisor to lead a fast-paced, startup-style distribution operation. You will direct receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and safety programs while building scalable processes for growth.

Ideal candidates are hands-on leaders with a strong safety mindset, capable of driving accountability, improving efficiency, and coaching a team of 20+ hourly associates in a new 500,000 sq ft facility.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior supervisory experience leading teams of 20+ hourly associates.
Tier One WMS experience required; Blue Yonder experience is a plus.
Experience in automated, fast-paced facilities.
Strong safety mindset and ability to enforce safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily distribution center activities including receiving, put-away, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping.
Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.
Monitor workflow and labor allocation to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and process issues.
Assist with developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Schedule staffing levels based on operational demands.
Address employee concerns and support employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company policies.
Investigate workplace incidents and implement corrective measures in partnership with the Safety Manager.
