• Directs and manages CGA oversight responsibilities including QASP implementation.
• Provides expert technical advice to the director and managers on center programs.
• Analyzes and modifies plans and objectives to improve customer support.
• Attends meetings with customers, contractors, officials, and military officers to resolve issues.
