Job summary

REP Fitness seeks a Senior Manager to own a Distribution Center, delivering day-to-day operations with strong autonomy and a focus on throughput, accuracy, and on-time fulfillment. You will build a supervisory bench and lead a team through growth, accountability, and process discipline.

You will report to the Director of Distribution, own the site budget, safety program, and system implementations, and partner across functions to scale operations as REP expands its network.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a large distribution center or site operations.
• Proven track record of managing P&L and safety programs.
• Ability to build and develop a supervisory bench and culture.

Responsibilities

• Own full day-to-day operations including inbound, put-away, pick, pack, ship, returns and inventory control.
• Manage site P&L, budget, labor cost, equipment, and overhead.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and lead safety culture at the site.
• Own facility maintenance, equipment upkeep, and vendor relationships.
• Set shift structure and staffing plans aligned to volume.
• Develop site SOPs and processes with Ops Excellence.
