Job summary

REP Fitness in Carlisle, PA is seeking a Sr. DC Manager to own the site operations, people, and budget. This role requires building a supervisory bench and delivering network-ready performance as REP expands.

You will lead day-to-day inbound to outbound processes, ensure safety and compliance, and drive efficiency with SOPs, staffing plans, and cost controls. This is a hands-on leadership position in our growing distribution network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, business, or related field.
• 8–12 years of distribution/warehouse operations experience.
• Experience leading a single-site with P&L ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day site operations: inbound receiving, put-away, pick/pack/ship, returns, and inventory control.
• Manage the full site P&L — budgets, labor, equipment, overhead.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and a measurable safety culture; lead the safety committee.
• Own facility maintenance and vendor relationships for the site.
• Set shift structure and staffing plans; proactive labor allocation.
• Develop and maintain site SOPs and workflows with the Ops Excellence Manager.
• Lead Supervisors, Leads, and Associates with performance cadence.
• Build leadership bench to grow into director roles as REP expands.
• Own hiring, onboarding, and retention; plan headcount with volume forecasts.
• Represent the site in network standards and contribute to standardization.
• Travel: Minimal, 1–2 times a year.
