Job summary

Oxford Industries is seeking a DC Leader to manage a functional area (Receiving, Picking, Packing, or Shipping) within our Lyons, NY distribution center. You will organize teams, optimize throughput, and implement improvements to support brand growth and efficiency.

The role requires coordinating with Sr. Management, leveraging Exotec automation and MAWMS/Deep Sky systems, and maintaining safety and quality standards while controlling costs and staffing.

Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience.
Desirable: Certification to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, jacks, cherry pickers).
6+ years of distribution or manufacturing experience.
Knowledge of WMS, ERP, parcel shipping or inventory software.

Responsibilities

Oversee DC functional area (Receiving, Picking, Packing, Shipping) and lead staff.
Plan workload and priorities to meet output and service levels.
Communicate processes and daily instructions to the team.
Monitor KPI reporting and analyze data to improve efficiency.
Partner with Sr. Management to resolve issues and gaps.
Ensure training and safety compliance across the team.
