Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of relevant work experience in Distribution or Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems, ERPs, Parcel Shipping or inventory management software.
• Experience with direct people management.
• Certified to operate warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned functional area (Receiving, Picking, Packing, or Shipping) with automation systems and cross-functional coordination.
• Review workload forecasts and allocate priorities to meet output.
• Communicate processes and daily instructions to employees; adapt to changing priorities.
• Monitor productivity and provide KPI reporting to improve efficiency.
• Oversee training and development, safety, and compliance within the team.
• Ensure inventory integrity and alignment with Brand requirements.
