Job summary

Oxford Industries seeks a Returns Manager to lead the Returns department, optimize productivity and control costs within the Lyons DC. You will drive efficiency, coordinate with brands and customer service, and ensure timely, accurate processing of all returns across Oxford (OXM) brands.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in distribution, strong leadership, and proficiency with ERP/WMS and MS Office. This role requires onsite work at the Lyons, GA facility with occasional processes improvements

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Generally, 6+ years of relevant professional experience in customer service, inventory management, warehousing, embroidery/screen printing, and/or physical distribution concepts.
• Experience working with ERP and/or WMS is a plus.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems, ERPs, Parcel Shipping or inventory management software.
• Profiicient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Returns department and staff.
• Forecast demand and organize team to meet output.
• Communicate processes and daily instructions clearly.
• Monitor productivity and provide KPI reporting and data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with Sr. DC Management and Brands to resolve issues.
• Identify and implement improved systems and practices.
• Assist in headcount planning and hiring.
• Ensure returns are processed accurately and on time.
• Oversee receiving and verification of returns.
• Ensure merchandise meets first-quality standards.
