Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a DC Area Supervisor to lead an hourly team and drive the distribution center to operate efficiently, safely, and productively. You will manage the team, hire and develop associates, and handle performance actions as needed. Direct supervision covers 20–30 hourly staff.

Travel is minimal; relocation may be required. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of supervisory experience, and proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems and Microsoft

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a related role.

Responsibilities

• Lead an hourly team to ensure efficient, safe, and productive operations.
• Hire, evaluate, develop, discipline, and terminate hourly associates as needed.
• Drive inventory accuracy, productivity, and cost controls while monitoring key metrics.
• Plan and coordinate staffing to meet business needs and promote continuous improvement.
