Job summary

Mattel is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead day-to-day quality operations within its distribution center network. You will supervise quality staff, ensure compliance with quality standards, and drive improvements to product quality and the customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in quality, manufacturing, logistics or related operational leadership.
• Experience leading teams and managing performance in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Experience with quality systems, inspections, audits, corrective actions, and quality documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply procedures, reports, and safety requirements.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of quality associates, fostering accountability, safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
• Manage supervision duties including hiring, training, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with Mattel quality standards, policies, and safety across DC operations.
• Oversee quality inspection programs for inbound/outbound, audits, and customer-specific requirements.
• Develop and maintain quality metrics, KPI dashboards, and reporting processes.
• Conduct root cause investigations and drive corrective and preventive actions.
